YES!
I would like to help the Democracy Movement fight for our promised
referendum on the EU Constitution / Lisbon Treaty.
While the Government uses taxpayers'
money to fund propaganda about the revived EU Constitution treaty,
the Democracy Movement's campaign for MPs to honour their manifesto
promises of a referendum relies only on the voluntary donations
of supporters to continue. Please help us to fight back by
making a donation to our campaign fund.
Credit card donations can be made
by calling our Campaign Centre on 020 7603 7796, or online by
using our Paypal secure payment service. Click on the button
below to continue.
Alternatively,
if you prefer to donate by post, please send a cheque made payable
to 'The Democracy Movement' to:

How your contribution can help:
£250 would pay for
an initial mailing to local supporters, venue hire for a local
meeting and all initial campaign materials necessary to get
a local referendum campaign going in an area where we don't
currently have a branch.
Having an active, local campaign in the constituency of every
MP who refused to honour their election promise to support a
referendum will be the key to bringing sufficient pressure to
bear to force real change.
£100 would pay for
a mailing to all DM supporters in an average constituency telling
them about our referendum campaign or advertising a local
Day of Action, to encourage them to get involved and put pressure
on their MP.
£50 would pay for a
large EU Treaty - Referendum Now street stall banner,
used by branches on street stalls to catch the eye of passers-by
and attract their interest and support.
£20 would pay for the
printing of 2,000 campaign leaflets for activists or branches
to distribute in their local area, helping to spread awareness
of the revived threat of the EU Constitution, the EU's failings,
and whether the local MP kept their election promise to support
a referendum.
£10 would pay for the
maintenance and improvement of this web site for two weeks.
Updated often several times a day, our online resources are
rapidly growing and improving. The site attracts around 30,000
'hits' a week, and generates hundreds of e-mails, registrations
of support and requests for information about our campaigns.
But expenses such as site hosting and domain name registration
must be covered to keep the site active.
